We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this year’s prestigious RESI Awards. Our team of experts has been selected for the Small Developer of the Year Award for our sensitive conversion at Bristol’s Huller & Cheese development and the work we have carried out at The Bridge in Norwich.
The RESI Awards, organised by Property Week, aim to celebrate the residential property market and its successes of the past year. It is an important award for us to have been able to enter. We believe smaller developers should be recognised for all they are doing to address the current housing shortage. It is down to us, and other smaller developers, to help speed up delivery of new homes and push for changes to the planning processes.
The event, now in its sixth year, brings together key players in the property market and we are pleased that we will be a part of the star-studded property ceremony at the Grosvenor House in London on 10th May. Our team will be seated with other developers, both large and small from across the UK, to find out who has scooped the award.
Our team of developers, who are seasoned property professionals and financiers, offer a breadth of experience that enables our company to successfully maximise value at each stage of any development process. We hope this puts us in good stead to be a real contender in this competition.
